[0001] The present invention relates to the anti-glare function of glazing, in particular laminated glass. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION This is the ability of a glazing to absorb the impact of a projectile without producing, on the opposite side to the impact, projection of potentially vulnerable fragments for nearby users. Particularly concerned are the frontal glazing of land and air transport vehicles, as well as the glazing of buildings. The anti-shine feature is sought to a greater degree as the speed of the glazing is high, as for windshields of high-speed train or aircraft ... At the moment, the anti The flake is provided by the fact that the rear face of the glazing, oriented on the opposite side to that of the expected impact, that is to say towards the interior of the passenger compartment or the building, consists of a poly (ethylene terephthalate) film coated with a polysiloxane (CPET for Coated Poly Ethylene Terephthalate) or polycarbonate (PC) anti-scratch varnish. These polymeric materials are likely to catch fire by giving off more or less toxic fumes. They are therefore not qualified as fire-smoke, but nevertheless authorized as a derogation according to EN 45 545 - 2, section 4.7, until the development of a material that is both fire-smoke and anti-shine. In addition, the CPET can not be assembled in a double bend laminate (spherical curvature). The object of the invention was to develop a fire-smoke qualified, anti-spark solution compatible with a spherical curvature. This object is achieved by the invention which accordingly relates to a laminated glazing unit comprising one to five first glass sheet (s) 30 with a thickness (s) of between 1.5 and 15 mm, if necessary glued to each other by one or more first adhesive interlayer (s), 3031065 2 characterized in that a second glass sheet forming one of the two faces of the laminated glazing, thickness between 0.5 and 1.5 mm, is adhered to said one or more first sheet (s) of glass by a second adhesive interlayer. For the purposes of the invention, the term "glass" is understood to mean any type of mineral glass such as soda-liquefied float reinforced with or without a chemical, aluminosilicate reinforced with chemical or not, with or without alkalis, borosilicate, aluminoborosilicate ... Said second sheet of glass, relatively thin, is intended to form the rear face of the glazing, that is to say oriented towards the interior of the passenger compartment or the building, the face opposite to that likely to receive an impact. It is thin enough not to break into vulnerable fragments when a projectile hits the window. The projectile is then pocketed in said second adhesive interlayer, it does not perforate it.
[0002] The thin glass is qualified fire-smoke, it may be spherical curvature geometry. According to other preferred characteristics of the laminated glazing unit of the invention: said adhesive interleaves are chosen from polyvinyl butyral, polyurethane, ethylene vinyl acetate or a resin such as ionomeric resin; said second adhesive interlayer is chosen from thermoplastic polyurethane and polyvinyl butyral, in a thickness of between 0.7 and 7, preferably at least 1.25 and in order of increasing preference, at most equal to 6 and 5 mm; ; it comprises a single said first sheet of glass of thickness at most equal to 12, preferably to 10 mm; it comprises at least two said first sheets of glass; it comprises at most four, preferably three, said first glass sheets; in the case where said first sheets of glass are at least two, their thickness is at most equal to 12 mm; 3031065 3 - the said first adhesive interlayer (s) is (are) chosen from thermoplastic polyurethane and polyvinyl butyral, in thickness (s) between 0.7 and 8, preferably at least 1 and at most 7 mm; The side facing said second glass sheet of at least one of said first two glass sheets furthest from said second glass sheet carries a heating layer; an example is a 200 nm thick layer of indium tin oxide (or tin-doped indium oxide or ITO for the English name: Indium Tin Oxide), which is an oxide mixture or a mixture obtained from the oxides of indium (III) (In 2 O 3) and tin (IV) (SnO 2), preferably in the mass proportions of between 70 and 95% for the first oxide and 5 to 20% for the second oxide; a typical mass proportion is about 90% by weight of In 2 O 3 to about 10% by weight of SnO 2. Other objects of the invention consist in the application of a laminated glazing unit as described above as glazing of a land, air or aquatic transport vehicle, the face formed of said second sheet of glass being the one is oriented towards the interior of the vehicle, especially as a train windshield; and - the application of such a laminated glazing as building glazing, the face formed of said second glass sheet is that which is oriented towards the interior of the building.
[0003] The invention will be better understood in light of the following examples. Example 1 A laminated glazing consists of a 3 mm thick silicosodocalcic float glass sheet and another sheet of the same material, but 0.8 mm thick, glued to each other by a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) or polyvinyl butyral (PVB) layer 2 to 5 mm thick. The face of the 3 mm thick glass sheet facing the other glass sheet is coated with a 200 nm thick layer of indium tin oxide (ITO). An impact on the face of the glazing formed of the thickest glass sheet does not produce vulnerable chips on the side of the other face of the glazing. The broken products of the thin glass sheet remain stuck on the adhesive interlayer.
[0004] EXAMPLE 2 In the following examples the following abbreviations will be used: RC: chemical-reinforced silicosodocalcic float glass; 15 V: silicosodocalcic float glass; PU: polyurethane; PVB: polyvinyl butyral. The following laminated glazing is assembled, the thickness of the constituents of which is indicated below in mm: 6RC / 5PU / 3RC / 2,8PU / 0,8RC In this example and in the following, the glazing inclined at an angle is subjected specified in relation to horizontal, horizontal firing at a specified speed, the UIC projectile according to EN 15 152: 2007 (F). In this example, the maximum speed of fire is less than or equal to 160 km / h, the glazing is inclined 75 O relative to the horizontal. Example 3 The composition of the laminated glazing is: 6RC / 1,14PVB / 3RC / 4,56PU / 3RC / 3,3PU / 0,8V 30 The maximum speed of fire is greater than 160 km / h and less than or equal to 300 km / h, the glazing is inclined 40 ° to the horizontal.
[0005] Example 4 The composition of the laminated glazing is: 8RC / 1,9PVB / 6RC / 1,52PVB / 6RC / 2PU / 1,4RC 5 The maximum speed of fire is greater than 300 km / h, the glazing is inclined 30 ° with respect to the horizontal. In Examples 2 to 4 it is observed that the adhesive interlayer gluing the thin glass pockets the projectile which does not perforate it. The chips of the thin glass sheet remain in adhesion with this adhesive interlayer (PU). There is no projection of shattering glass from the breakage of the 1.4 mm thick sheet. The 1.4 mm thick glass sheet can be complex shaped, in particular with a double (spherical) curvature. Its material is called fire-smoke, unlike organic polymeric materials. 15
